SKEPTICAL CONSERVATIVE

As most of you know by know, XEKE.com is proud to be a Christian Conservative website. We have strong values of God, family, and country. We do not believe that a child is a "choice," and we realize that since 1973, the leading cause of death in America each year has been abortion, or what the liberals call "choice." We strongly support our military, Second Amendment rights, capitalism, and REAL science (not the phony bologna pseudo science lies of global warming).

We realize that the 2008 Presidential election is the most important election in the history of our lifetime. If the liberals win, taxes will go up, our national security will be jeopardized, the number of innocent babies that are murdered will increase due to lax abortion restrictions, at least one United States Supreme Court Justice will be selected, and our sovereign nation will be at grave risk.

Will I vote for Huckabee or McCain if they are the GOP nominee to run against Hilllary or B. Hussein Obama?
There is a reason why true Reagan Conservatives question the policy, plans, and politics of Governor Huckabee and Senator McCain. First off, let me be perfectly clear when I say that either one of these two candidates is exponentially better than Hillary or B. Hussein Obama. That being said, please allow me to explain why Conservatives are hesitant to support Huckabee or McCain in the primary elections. If you do not have the time or interest to delve into the decades of political and legislative history of a political candidate, one of the easiest ways to evaluate whether a political candidate is a Conservative is to see what the mainstream, drive by media, has to say about said candidate. For instance, the New York Times endorses Senator McCain, and the National Education Association (NEA) endorses Governor Huckabee. Great news, right? These are two powerful, important organizations, and any politician should be proud and excited to receive these endorsements, right? Wrong!

The New York Times and the NEA are two of the most liberal, biased, deceitful, and dangerous organizations in America. The New York Times is THE most liberal news paper in America, and will stop at nothing to make sure that a liberal is in the White House. The New York Times is consistently anti-Christian, anti-American, anti-Conservative, and is extremely hostile towards Republican politicians (especially President Bush and other Conservative legislatures). The NEA spends its time, money, and resources making sure that (unless your God is anybody not named Jesus, then obviously you have the right to freely express your religious views), advancing a pro-gay, anti-American agenda that minimizes the importance of traditional educational values (reading, writing, arithmetic), while jeopardizing the academic potential of American students. Other than the ACLU, Planned Parenthood (as well as NARAL, and other pro-abortion organiztions), al Qaeda, and moveon.org, there are very few organizations that are more dangerous to the future of the United States than the New York Times and the NEA.

I respect the sacrifice that Senator McCain made to our country in Vietnam. I respect his support of General David Petraeus' surge. I respect Governor Huckabee's strong faith in Jesus. I respect his pro-family legislative views. That being said, neither one of these candidates can honestly call themselves a true Conservative. Governor Huckabee is much more Conservative than Senator McCain, but neither one is a real Conservative. Will I vote for Huckabee or McCain if they are the GOP nominee to run against Hilllary or B. Hussein Obama? Absolutely. Neither one of these candidates is my first choice as the GOP nominee. The New York Times endorsement of McCain, and the NEA endorsement of Huckabee is pretty much all you need to know if you are on the fence during this primary season. I will vote for McCain or Huckabee in November, but XEKE.com will certainly not endorse either of these candidates throughout the primaries.
