THE UNBEATABLE TICKET: While XEKE.com is hardly a "Washington insider," I believe that the best chance for the GOP to defeat Hillary is a Giuliani/Huckabee ticket. Before all of my Conservative friends cast me aside for supporting Rudy, please let me be clear. I would prefer a Huckabee/Brownback ticket, or a Huckabee/Fred ticket, but my goal in 2008 is to defeat Hillary. THE single worst thing that could happen to America would be Hillary winning in 2008. I GUARANTEE you that we will be attacked in a 9-11 style under Hillary. Remember, radical Islam does not respect women. They bombed Pakistan when Benazier Bhutto returned to her country. They stone and kill women on the streets for sport. If Hillary is elected in 2008, the country will be in immediate danger of an attack. They will not only attack us if we elect a woman, they will attack us, because Hillary is weak. She is soft on foreign policy. She is soft on domestic policy. She is a cowardly socialist wrapped in the liberal lies and deceit of being a moderate. Make no mistake about it, from Hillarycare, to historic tax increases, to unlimited access to abortion, to an all out assault on middle class, Hillary is THE worst thing that could happen to America.
I am sure now you know how I feel about Hillary. Now, to make sure that she does not win in 2008, the GOP must nominate someone that is likeable, elect-able, and someone with a positive vision for the future of America. I am going to say some things now that will bother some of my Conservative friends, but they are true. First of all, Mitt is a great Conservative, but he cannot defeat Hillary. I honestly do not believe that "middle America" will support a Mormon Presidential candidate. Heck, the masses have only elected one Catholic as President in over 230 years. Huckabee is my favorite candidate. He has been my favorite candidate since the beginning. As my friend from Florida, Gary, points out, he is the only "true" Conservative candidate. He is a man of God, he is a defender of life and family, he has a solid plan for our national security, and he is a true fiscal Conservative. My only fear is that Huckabee is not elect-able in a general election. I like Fred too, but he entered the game too late, and he has not "wooed" enough of America. Honestly, I am very disappointed with team Fred so far. He had so much promise, but has failed to rally the masses. That leaves us with Rudy. Rudy is the man. Rudy can beat Hillary. Rudy will beat Hillary. Rudy is a guy that a moderate Democrat will vote for. Rudy is a guy that the GOP will support. Rudy is a guy that, when it comes down to it, Conservatives will vote for to defeat Hillary. Rudy will win votes from Democrats that do not like Hillary (and there are a lot of Dems out there that do not support her). Hillary's problem is that she is not liberal enough to some of the ultra left (believe it or not), so she will not win the votes of the true, anti-war, liberal pacifists, who think that the only way to defeat radical Islam is to ignore the truth. Rudy appeals to the masses. Rudy has stated that he will support pro life Supreme Court Justices, which if you are a true Pro Lifer, means more than anything. Huckabee is the dream running mate for Rudy. Huckabee will help Rudy win the South. Huckabee will rally the Conservative base, he has a good personal story to tell, he is a strong leader, and the perfect Vice President. Ideally, the ticket would be reversed, but Huckabee lacks the name recognition to defeat Hillary's political monster. For true Conservatives and Republicans that support traditional Christian Conservative values, who want to win the war on terror, keep taxes low, and want to see Pro Life SC Justices nominated, the choice is clear- the choice is simple, the only way to defeat Hillary in 2008 is a Rudy/Huckabee ticket. 10/30/2007 ZM
