Blame the coke-snorting coward for letting his oil-baron buddies raise prices..it was under $1.50 a gallon when Clinton left and it was a nice ploy by Bush to lower proces just befoire the election to try and get Repubs elected...didn't work, did it?

Must piss you off that gas is only 15 cents a galon in Venezuela, doesn't it?
